How Booking Works
- Reach out. Call, text or send a quote request with your square footage, bedrooms and bathrooms, your move date and whether the home will be empty.
- Get your quote. We follow up to confirm details and pricing.
- Reserve your date. A $50 booking deposit, applied toward your service balance, secures your appointment. Our hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–6:00 PM; after-hours cleaning is available by appointment only.
- Prepare access. Provide working entry instructions, keys, gate codes and alarm instructions before the appointment. Electricity and running water must be on.
Good to Know Before You Book
Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time. A $35 lockout fee applies if the team cannot access the property because the appointment was forgotten. Move-out cleaning does not guarantee a landlord's security-deposit refund.
