- Reserve your date. No deposit is collected up front for residential cleanings. A card on file secures your appointment; on the morning of your appointment we place a temporary hold on your card for the full booked amount and charge it when the service is complete. We're a 24-hour cleaning service, open 7 days a week, and after-hours cleaning is available.
- Prepare access. Provide working entry instructions, keys, gate codes and alarm instructions before the appointment. Electricity and running water must be on.
Good to Know Before You Book
Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Move-out cleaning does not guarantee a landlord's security-deposit refund.
