Every lease is different, so check yours for the exact cleaning expectations and inspection process. A thorough clean before that walk-through gives you a better chance of handing the unit back in good shape.
If you're moving in, a clean before your furniture arrives means you aren't wiping out drawers around boxes or cleaning bathrooms that someone else used last week. It's much easier to clean an empty home than a full one.
What our move-in/move-out clean includes
Our move-in/move-out cleaning service is built for empty homes. It includes:
- Detailed kitchen and bathroom cleaning
- Accessible baseboards, doors, trim, and fixtures
- Empty cabinet and drawer interiors
- Closets
- Appliance exteriors
- Vacuuming and mopping
Extras, quoted separately for your approval: appliance interiors (like the inside of the oven and fridge), windows, carpet extraction, debris removal, and excessive buildup. If you want any of these, mention them when you request a quote so we can include them up front.

Our prices are based on home size. These are starting prices for an empty property with belongings removed and utilities on:

Cleaning services start at the prices shown. Final pricing depends on square footage, property condition, cleaning frequency, and requested services. Additional work will be quoted for approval before it begins.

Why the "empty and utilities on" part matters
We need running water and working lights to do the job well, and we can't clean inside cabinets, closets, or floors that are still covered with boxes. If the home will still be occupied, have belongings in it, or have the utilities off on cleaning day, tell us when you ask for a quote so we can review it and give you an accurate price.
What we'll ask for your quote
To give you an accurate quote quickly, we'll ask about:
- Approximate square footage
- The home's current condition
- Whether it will be vacant or occupied
- Whether belongings will be removed
- Whether utilities will be on
- Your move date
- Any extras you want (appliance interiors, windows, carpet extraction, debris removal, or excessive buildup)
Photos help us understand the condition, but square footage and your move date are the most important pieces.
Timing tips for your move
- Moving out: Schedule the clean after the movers leave and before your final walk-through or key hand-off. Leave a little buffer in case the move runs long.
- Moving in: Schedule it after closing or lease start and before your furniture arrives.
- Book early around the end of the month. Lots of leases end on the same days, so reach out as soon as you know your dates.
- Ask your landlord or property manager for their move-out checklist and share anything specific with us.

No. You don't need to be present, as long as your $50 deposit is paid and your service agreement is signed before cleaning day. We'll confirm access details when you book, so please plan for us to get in at the scheduled time.
Is cleaning inside the oven and fridge included?
Appliance exteriors are included. Appliance interiors are an extra, quoted separately for your approval.
What if my home is over 4,000 square feet?
Homes over 4,000 square feet get a custom quote. Tell us the size and condition, and we'll put one together.
Can you clean if my furniture is still there?
